  • A brief history of the Religious Organization

  • If Purchase,  Need Copy of the Purchase Contract  (if available)

  • If Construction or Renovation, A Construction Budget or Contractor Quote (if available)

  • Copies of the "Articles of Incorporation" & "By Laws".

  • The current and prior years' budgets. 

  • List of Board Members and their occupations. 

  • Copy of Driver's License
